Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage, we only deliver within Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at support@coco-sydney.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you’ve received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us at support@coco-sydney.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
