What are your delivery costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Australia.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cocosydney.com to receive a return number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
